I will completely evaluate each individual knife to determine what your Shun knives require to be fully functioning again. There is no rushing at my shop. Rather, it's a labor of love to restore your Shun knives to factory sharpness, or better.
Upon completion, you will receive your Global kitchen knives completely cleaned, sharpened and edges polished so you can get maximum benefit from my professional knife sharpening service.

* Your knives will be sharpened and mailed back to you within 48 hours of receipt of payment with the following exception. If your knives arrive at my shop on a Friday or Saturday, I will sharpen them over the weekend and mail them back out on the following Monday. If you have any questions please contact me.
